Turo is an American peer-to-peer carsharing company based in San Francisco, United States. The company allows private car owners to rent out their vehicles via an online and mobile interface in over 56 countries.
Turo has initiated the confidential process of filing for an initial public offering with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission.
CEO Andre Haddad said: "Turo has past the billion dollar valuation mark."
I have used Turo to rent out my car and I have had a good experience with Turo. I plan on using Turo in the near future.
